Sebold Capital Management, Inc. is proud to announce that Christa Madison has successfully achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation. Christa passed the CFP® exam back on November 7, 2022. The exam comprises of 170 questions that tests an individual’s financial planning knowledge and is only available three times a year.
The CFP® designation places Christa in an elite class of financial advisors. The CFP Board states that women only make up 23% of designated CFP® professionals, which has been consistent for the past decade. Christa is honored to be a success story in a male dominated field. The CFP® certification marks identify professionals who have met the highest standards of competency and ethics established and enforced by CFP® Board. CFP Board’s Standards of Professional Conduct require CFP® professionals to act in their clients’ best interests.
Christa began employment with Sebold Capital Management, Inc. in November 2019 as a Financial Planner but has quickly moved into the position of Managing Director of Financial Planning and Business Development. In the two years with Sebold Capital, she has seamlessly and proactively developed, designed, and streamlined internal processes and procedures within her departments with a team directly under her stewardship to service and grow Sebold Capital’s clientele base. Her 17 years of experience in the financial planning and wealth management field has yielded skills and a knowledge base to deliver concierge, family-office, wealth management, and financial planning to Sebold Capital’s clients.
“We are pleased that Christa has earned her CFP® marks,” says President Sean Sebold. “The dedication and sacrifice it takes to achieve this important designation is to be commended; and we are proud of Christa’s accomplishments.”
